Everyone takes the online assessment. You choose the Top 5 only, or the Full 34 (which I recommend). Their talents are ranked and a report is sent to each individual describing what they are talented at allowing them to "name" name them and start a positive dialogue others.

This is a sample Team Grid for an 11-person group displaying both the Full 34 strengths for some members and the Top 5 ranked strengths for others. You can be provided a grid for your team which provides a clear view of the team’s overall strength makeup.

In our group sessions, we engage in simulated team projects that allow each member to understand how their unique strengths contribute to the team's success and how to apply this insight to real-world collaboration. These sessions often foster a new sense of camaraderie, create a positive team language, and deepen mutual understanding. Gallup has found that increases across all fronts occur once this level of understanding and application of Strengths has been applied.
